Boomerang Beach is a pristine natural beach located 10 miles south of Forster. It’s flanked by steep cliffs on both ends, with the north cliff generally featuring a nice left, the south cliff a nice right and over a kilometer of scattered beachbreak peaks in between. The cliffs offer protection from both north and south winds yet the beach remains very exposed to swell, so pretty much any swell from the south, east or northeast can result in good surfing conditions at Boomerang Beach. The waves are usually fun to super fun and it’s typical to have beautiful outside peaks that connect all the way to the beach. On offshore days surfers can expect a full on barrelfest. Few surf shops in the area so it’s best to bring what you need. Of course, you can always order online at Shop.surf 🙂
